Jonathon Seaborn
Jonathon is a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA) with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adler. University of Washington trained and certified in CBT Psychosis. In his work, he integrates trauma-focused, somatic therapies, CBT, emotionally focused individual therapy, and Adlerian therapy. He specializes in Brain spotting phases 1 & 2. He works with individuals and their families over the age of 15.
Jonathon understands that life can be overwhelming and confusing, especially when carrying the burden of unhealed wounds. He has experience helping people identify and heal from trauma, freeing them to lead more productive and fulfilling lives. Jonathon provides a safe and supportive space to foster healing and growth. He is passionate about working with clients who struggle with trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, relationship problems, depression, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and ADHD. Jonathon currently works closely with Michelle Bajema, PHMNP, at Sound Choice Mental Health as they collaborate regularly to deliver the best support possible for those under their care.

Michelle Bajema
As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Michelle specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. Licensed in Washington state, she provides psychotherapy and prescribes psychiatric medications.
Michelle helps clients 14+ with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADD/ADHD, OCD, and delusional disorders. She uses a holistic approach to care and evidence-based interventions. Michelle focuses on treating the person, not just the diagnosis, empowering her patients to make informed and meaningful changes.
Bret Bajema
Bret serves as the Practice Manager, where he ensures the smooth & efficient operation of Sound Choice. With a wealth of experience in healthcare administration, Bret is the cornerstone of our team, managing everything from appointment scheduling and patient intake to billing and insurance processes. His meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills keep the office running seamlessly, allowing our therapists to focus on providing exceptional care. He is adept at coordinating communication between our therapists, staff and clients, ensuring everyone is at their best.
